Facility Engineer is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, construction and renovation of equipment and facility of Polonia Aero Sp. z o.o. (electrical, HVAC, mechanical)
Responsible for designing maintenance strategies, procedures, manuals and methods,
Performing maintenance and repair work on a wide range of electrical and HVAC systems,
Assists with providing on-the-job training and instructions to staff,
Supervise one or more small groups or crews of skilled and semi-skilled workers and carrying out quality inspections on jobs,
Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment,
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs,
Energy consumption reporting and optimization,
Supervision over construction log books,
Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
Significant experience in the maintenance and operation of electrical substations (MV and/or LV),
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills
Good communication skills,
Knowledge of safety rules in industry environment,
Ability to operate in an office work station,
Experience in using building management systems,
Working English language knowledge,
Qualification Certificates for Operation and Supervision (E + D) in group 1 and 2 will be an asset.
