Role Summary:
    Facility Engineer is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, construction and renovation of equipment and facility of Polonia Aero Sp. z o.o. (electrical, HVAC, mechanical)

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for designing maintenance strategies, procedures, manuals and methods,
    • Performing maintenance and repair work on a wide range of electrical and HVAC systems,
    • Assists with providing on-the-job training and instructions to staff,
    • Supervise one or more small groups or crews of skilled and semi-skilled workers and carrying out quality inspections on jobs,
    • Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment,
    • Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs,
    • Energy consumption reporting and optimization,
    • Supervision over construction log books,
    • Improving health and safety policies and procedures.

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
      • Significant experience in the maintenance and operation of electrical substations (MV and/or LV),
      • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills
      • Good communication skills,
      • Knowledge of safety rules in industry environment,
      • Ability to operate in an office work station,
      • Experience in using building management systems,
      • Working English language knowledge,
      • Qualification Certificates for Operation and Supervision (E + D) in group 1 and 2 will be an asset.
