Role Summary: You will be part of one of the fastest growing Centers servicing different GE businesses throughout Europe. In this 6-12 months’ internship assignment your focus will be providing support for HR Managers – Global Operations Center, Budapest on various HR tasks in a truly international environment.
Among all HR areas the HR intern is mainly going to work on the following tasks:
Providing assistance in employee life-cycle event administration and questions
Manage posting jobs and onboarding of new employees
Work with HR operations team to have updated employee data with regular quality checks
Support HR administration tasks, manage contract and organizational changes
Support off-boarding processes
Contribute to preparing policies and procedures
Tracking recruitment process and updating systems
The role will provide a great opportunity for:

Ongoing College/University studies or just finished College/University on Economics / Psychology / HR
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian

Strong computer skills
Previous work experience as HR Intern is preferred
Interest in HR profession on the long term is an advantage
