Essential Responsibilities: Description: In this role, the Commercial Operation Leader will lead business review on MPC, Order and sales from product portfolio perspective. He/she will be partner with Modality GM and Region Operation leader to drive 100% consistent on order/sales forecast and Pricing scheme fulfillment rigor, work closely with Modality GM to identify the real needs on data, quantify KPIs and build the measurement system, work as a consultant to support Modality GM on business analysis. Collaborate with commercial tool adoption team to build the real-time report/dashboard, seek opportunity to simplify the W2W commercial process. 100% compliance with tender and order policy.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Lead and conduct product portfolio review on MPC, Order and Sales. Drive OP meet and Market share, demonstrate with proved data source. Collaborate with region ops. team to drive order/sales forecast accuracy by product portfolio. Partner with Modality GM to drive product team on 100% consistent on order forecast. Partner with Product segment leader on pricing scheme set up and drive price scheme optimization, demonstrate with historical data analysis and operational feasibility. Collaborate with and fully support region ops. team on pricing scheme fulfillment rigor. Drive product data 100% quality and completeness, including but not limited to training, POS and finance data, ensure strong interlock process with product data management owner. Collaborate with commercial tool team to build online report/dashboard. Engage client team on the adoption of the online dashboard, simplify the manual work. Spread the new released commercial tool functionalities to product team, including but not limited to SFDC, ePOP and Next Generation CPQ. Partner with product leader and fully support global product management approach.
Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years exposure to commercial sales and marketing processes Minimum of 3 years fulltime progressional experience, with a proven track record of performance Proven experience in influencing, presentation, leading teams and driving change results orientation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments Strongly compliance driven Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college
• Master degree and major in Information management or computer application • 3-5 years in Healthcare industry • Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with high level management team • Black belt certification/experience
