Role Summary: Do you want to manage the global spend and define sourcing strategies for strategic A-class raw materials for the specific commodity as well as managing supplier relationships ?
Essential Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will be within the areas of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and operational sourcing. More specifically you manage the global spend and define sourcing strategies for class A raw materials, you will manage relationships with suppliers for the liquids commodity, and you will execute the strategic commodity sourcing plan through effective negotiations and development of long term contracts, driving optimal conditions by thorough supplier segmentation and multi-sourced raw materials. In all what you will maintain operational rigor.
You will be in close alignment with company strategy through co-operation with the management team and through in commodity reviews the relevant stakeholders . Naturally, you will have close contact with the external supply base for the respective commodity.
Successful track record in commodity management
A relevant bachelor/master degree, either in an accounting, finance, business or commercial discipline; or equivalent knowledge or experience
Preferably, you have a MBA
Strong experience within commodity management
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent in English
