Role Summary: Improve customer satisfaction by managing all strategic service customer related issues (claims and paid service) through participation in specific 360° Teams as well as through having a regional coverage liaising with other global customers as well as regional endusers
Essential Responsibilities: Support Service Operations when quotes to own customers are exceeding the specific threshold. Take commercial lead on larger quotes, tenders as well as end-user request for paid service support. Be up-to-date on all commercial service activities within the region using and managing the Sales Funnel for this target Improve relationship to own customers as well as support fellow service account managers for out-of-China customers operating in China. Activities include building relations to relevant customer contacts, pursuing strategic targets like entering service sales agreements, engaging in paid service and claims related escalations, support in collecting overdue payments related to Service invoices Manage all Service related topics with selected accounts globally as part of the 360 account team.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, finance or commerce • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from the wind industry; preferably from O&M
Desired Characteristics: • Strong sense of business and understanding O&M • Seniority needed in terms of communication and negotiation skills • Fluent US English language both verbal and in writing (especially strong in writing) • Travel approx. 10-30 days per year
