To provide functional plant support in dispositioning level 3 QCR's (including repair instruction ownership) and launching new products in the plants ensuring a proper alignment and ramp-up
Your responsibilities will be within the 3 following areas:
-Product quality: Assuring the delivered blades are in good quality Prevent scrapping shells, blades and other components Handle production level 3 QCRs, provide disposition for the repair
-Process quality: Provide support to plants for variety of qualty and production issues Management: Establish a highly efficient team Lead process improvement projects Own the global repair training & certification program
Bachelor's degree in engineering, with very strong experience in production engineering (preferably within the wind industry). Experience with product development is strongly preferred. It will be a big advantage if you are a certified six sigma green belt.
