Role Summary: • Managing the front of house area, meeting and greeting clients, answering phones and providing support to the office manager. • General office duties, such as organising stationery and kitchen supplies as well as arranging couriers. • Responsibility for the accounts payable function including of purchasing, receipting and reporting. • Supporting ITO as required. • Processing and shipment requests for outgoing orders
Essential Responsibilities: • General clerical, secretarial and administrative duties including filing and photocopying. • Preparing and processing a high volume of purchase requisitions on a daily basis. • Assisting with financial reporting • Ad hoc administration duties when required
Qualifications/Requirements: • Polished, articulate and well-presented • Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Can do attitude • Ability to multi-task & prioritise • Exceptional attention to detail • Positive and friendly nature • Experience with Systems such as MYOB, SSS BuytoPay, Oracle Fusion and SAP
