Role Summary: Organization: The Commercial Shared Services (CSS) is a component of the Global Ops organisation. At CSS we work on tasks that directly impact customers. We provide services to GE sales and service teams that enable them to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality. Within the CSS organization the team has been put in place to enable Customer facing employees to spend the maximum of their time with the Client and help them throughout the whole Customer lifecycle.
The operational aim to provide high standard support to business stakeholders in all invoicing related support (primary documentation for Russia)
Business support by providing training on creation of sales orders, and track movement of goods between warehouses
Perform daily invoicing tasks by either sending out invoices via mail, fax, email, or billing through customer’s web-based billing system
Assistance in the establishment of the shipment, explanation of the process of selling goods (business support)
Coordinate with business stakeholders to prepare any non-standard invoices required by the customer
Perform quality check
Accurately document information into systems; capturing common issues to reduce reoccurring issues and inquiries.
Prepare and present periodic reports and dashboards (activity & performance) for the client group
Fulfill seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the standards of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Follow and document promptly all process related changes in the Standard Operating Procedures.
Manage AR contract database, assistance of drafting contracts for the purchase of goods, sale of goods, provision of services, advice on preparation of documents, submission of document for tenders.
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
Advanced level of Russian and English skills
Solid experience in the related field
Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
