In addition you will manage the overall relationship with plant unions (RSU) of Rivata, lead the activities connected with labor litigation, ensure labor rules are applied compliantly.
The role reports to the site HR Employee HR Manager and partners with the plant HR team and with the HQ Industrial Relations team.
Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics)
Held Leadership roles in HR plant management of mid/high complexity
Sound experience of Union Relations, matured in previous similar positions
Proven coaching and change agent capabilities
Proactive and self-starter
Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all-across the organization
Comfortable with dealing with uncertainty and delivering in complex scenarios
