Role Summary:
The IT Support Engineer will work as a member of the IT team, creating and supporting an efficient IT environment. The position supports multiple technical and consulting teams across EMEA. The role will afford the right individual the opportunity to work in a start-up type environment, gain technical leadership exposure and work on complex problems with a passionate team.



Essential Responsibilities:
Technical Management


  • Provide technical guidance and assistance for all core Partners platforms (SharePoint, Open Air, Box, O365) and supporting architecture (SQL Server, PC/Mac, etc.)
  • Implement and maintain new HCP IT operation initiatives.
  • Drive technical solutions to business problems and create ‘Canned responses’’ in the helpdesk tool.
  • Monitor all business systems, IT systems, partner platforms and networks. Take initiative for 99% availability to consultants.
  • Manage IT inventory (hardware, software, licenses, etc.)
  • Administrative ownership of select Partners IT applications and systems as prioritized


Support - Consultant/Client


  • Troubleshoot and resolve Partners client issues (local and remote), interface with product team on issues, and contribute to projects revolving around support tools, knowledge management, our growing market place of solutions
  • Proactive approach to drive resolution and be a key enabler
  • Perform Day 1 operations with new team members (PC/phone setup/VIP service)
  • Real-time response to critical end user issues
  • Deliver training for technical and compliance platforms
  • Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
  • Advise on Information Governance issues that arise through operating as a Global business.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience with Windows-based desktop technologies
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
  • Analytic, creative and technology focused problem solver
  • Strong willingness to work on a wide variety of tasks at varying degrees of complexity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
