Role Summary:
Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage Account Receivables for the site, including
    coordinating with PCAs and Global Ops on customer billing, AR aging, collection
    and application, and issue resolutions. Own AR related budget, forecast,
    analysis, reporting and reconciliations
  • Manage Account Payables, including coordinating with
    sourcing and Global Ops on direct and indirect purchase orders management,
    supplier invoices receiving and application, AP aging, issue resolution. Own AP
    related budget, forecast, analysis, reporting and reconciliations
  • Manage intercompany invoicing, receiving and reconciliations
    for the site
  • Support cash and bank reconciliation, including timely
    updating of the financial system data for cash forecasting
  • Support the forecast, reporting and reconciliation of FX
    hedging activities
  • Manage site specific capitalizations on fixed asset, IP and
    other prepaid expenses
  • Be the point of contact between business unit and various GE
    shared services, drive timely exectution, and process simplification
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

















Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:



  • Requires BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business
    Administration or directly related field or equivalent, or equivalent direct
    work experience. 
  • Requires four (4) years directly related finance experience
    in a global company environment, and familiar with the shared services concept
  • Knowledge of accounting/financial principles required.
  • Experience with an accounting software application such as
    SAP, Oracle, Hyperion.
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS
    Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
    skills.  Ability to write professional
    reports, procedures, and presentations.
