Role Summary:
The marketing intern is part of a marketing team supporting the commercial selling teams across UKI, Benelux and Nordics and partnering with functions across Life Sciences Core Imaging the combination of which has high impact on our customers’ overall experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
Promotional Material Management



  • To support the countries with tools, i.e. promotional material, for selling is marketing’s key responsibility. This includes managing a compliant process and system for the creation, review, tracking and approval of items (Zinc). When a marketing material is approved, it needs uploading to the storage areas (Box, SFDC, DSA) and/or printing. Finally, the sales force needs to be informed about the availability of marketing materials.


Market share data and analytics


  • Handle the quarterly market share data for 6 countries. Use available sources to include market shares for GE and competitors, identify trends and movements, add comments and share with commercial teams by uploading to a folder
  • Contribute to the use of the data in presentations, updates required by global marketing or commercial
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan by adding the required data


Meeting arrangements


  • Organisation of sales meetings (internally) and customer meetings (externally)

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Solid PC skills: strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
    • Interest in project management and process improvement
    • Life sciences qualification – minimum high school
