Role Summary: Short-term assignment for students supporting the finance organization. Assignments will include cross-functional projects encompassing Finance, Operations, Compliance, and/or Risk/Portfolio. Intership/co-op opportunities provide experiences that will expand knowledge base and demonstrate leadership ability. Finance interns will receive ample opportunities to build the foundation for their finance careers.
Internship at EFS will focus on the development of key financial skills in the following areas: financial planning and analysis (FP&A), general accounting and operations analysis.
Internship projects will enable the individual to utilize these skills and lay a solid foundation for a career in the field of finance.
The intern will work independently and on teams to drive operational improvements & enhancements to the FP&A/finance organization while executing essential finance projects.
At the end of the internship, the individual will be expected to present their findings/recommendations to the CFO and finance leadership team.
Senior year in Bachelor’s Degree program seeking a GE entry-level analyst position.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think outside the box.
GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preferred: Understanding of business concepts/strategy; business/accounting coursework
