Role Summary: The Muskegon Machine Repair will be responsible for supporting maintenance, installation, and upgrades.
In addition you will:
Repair an variety of CNC and manual machine tools used in a production environment
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated machinery design, building / assembly, or CNC machine installation and service
Journeyman level skills
Ability and willingness to work at a tobacco free site
Ability and willingness to work 2nd and / or 3rd shift
Ability and willingness to accept a pay rate of $23.75 / hr.
Ability and willingness work overtime as needed
Ability and willingness to work occasional weekend shifts
Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs, and safety shoes
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
Formal Education in Industrial Electronics
CNC, PLC electronic troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of AC / DC servo loop systems
Knowledge of variable frequency drives
Effective oral and written communication ability
Strong Work Ethic
Working knowledge of mechanical / electrical / hydraulic / pneumatic systems
