Role Summary: The manufacturing engineer primary role is supporting operation needs and business growth.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Improve, streamline and develop manufacturing process to support business growth. 2. Justify and secure budgets for capital equipment investment. 3. Work with representatives from different departments to meet company goals and objectives. Provide technical leadership when working with other department representatives for multi-department projects. 4. Provide timely updates on significant complications or developments for ongoing projects/tasks. 5. Review, analyze and evaluate processes and assigned projects by sound engineering principles, judgment and adhere to industrial standard practices and procedures. 6. Present/review and provide constructive feedback to improve project and overcome shortcomings when necessary. 7. Ensure technical information are documented for assigned projects/tasks consistent with engineering policies and industrial practices. 8. Develop work station instructions to allow technicians to carry out necessary tasks to ensure that products processed meet specifications.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics. 2. At least 3 years’ experience in an engineering position. 3. Proficient in oral and written communication skills. 4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 5. PC proficiency.
Desired Characteristics: Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
