Essential Responsibilities: • Provide overall leadership for Workshop and Field Operations in Saudi • Ensure the organization adheres to the integrity policy, quality, and regulatory standards to meet GE and legislative requirements • Have ownership for -Tool preparation budgets -On time delivery -Run Success -Asset Utilization • Lead the Workshop and Field Operations team, including day to day management of people, performance management, setting and measuring goals and objectives, dealing with grievances and disciplinaries • Provide Inspection Equipment to all PII’s operational regions on time and within budget to the highest engineering standards. • Lead by example in all aspects of the job • Responsible for maintaining and supplying a high level of equipment reliability and performance. • Continue to meet/exceed PII first run success targets. • Drive and maintain the highest level of EHS compliance throughout the workplace. • Be the driving force for open, candid and regular communications to and from colleagues working in all operational regions of PII. • Manage, coach and develop his/her team into a highly skilled cohesive and flexible team • Own the production schedule and deliver the workload forecast in line with customer requirements • Continuous improvement of service quality, as measured by customer satisfaction responses and first time run successes.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Business, Science or equivalent technical discipline • Creative, very strong self-starter • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to work with all individuals at all levels of the organization and cross functionally. • Ability to efficiently and effectively Multi-task • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills • Proven record of execution • Manage change in an effective manner and be a change agent • Minimum 5 years in preparation, commissioning and running PII tools • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence individuals and team • Strong business acumen to understand drivers in the business and be able to measure them • Interrogate data, understand it and then use it to improve efficiencies • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills • Ability to manage conflict situations effectively • Results-orientated with proven problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, and able to enthuse and influence others • Capable of, and experienced in, building a focussed, truly multi-functional team. • A dynamic individual with energy and the drive to succeed • Results orientated, self driven individual. • Professional & pragmatic operating style
