Manage the Production-Sales-Inventory (PSI) planning process for the Automotive product line, for all poles (EMEA, Asia, Latin America, US)Provide volume inputs for Manufacturing and Sourcing
Create the monthly Medium Term Capacity Plan considering service, plant productivity, finished goods inventory targets, mix and turn
Provide volume inputs for Manufacturing and Sourcing
Manage and execute fulfillment projects, transfer of works
Frequently collect and review market demand, understand market trends, understand and follow OEM sales trends and execution
Lead global calls related to demand and capacity, make necessary decisions
Deliver service targets, minimize backorders, maximize revenue
Deliver inventory targets, improve turn, collect and execute actions for slow moving inventory
Follow regulations globally related to Automotive Lighting Products, execute necessary actions in operation
Be the interface between Production, Factory Supply Chain, Product Management and Commercial
Develop current processes and find opportunities for further improvement and innovation
University Degree or Equivalent – preferably in Economics
Experience in Manufacturing / Sourcing / Supply Chain
Ability to lead & motivate cross-functional teams, good people management skills
Ability to 'drill down' into problem areas & resolve issues, excellent analytical skills
Proven Leadership skills
Strong business acumen
Tenacious, confident and resilient, able to influence others
Great MS Office knowledge, SAP or other ERP system knowledge is an advantage
