In this role, you will:
Architect and design sound/supportable technical solutions to complex business requirements
Evaluate requests for enhancements and determine potential impacts with the current system design/configurations
Partner with CTO, CISO, and business team members to assess their functionality needs and recommend secure technology solutions
Write technical specifications
Document system changes
Review technical designs to ensure compliance with organizational standards
Train/Mentor less experienced resources
Provide support and maintenance of existing application functionality
Triage/debug production issues (Data, Code, Performance, Security, etc.), identify root cause and corrective actions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, similar STEM degree, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 5 years IT experience in enterprise-wide deployments

Must be willing to travel (less than 20%)
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Cincinnati, OH
Understanding of application development, security, cloud computing, and infrastructure basics. Depth in all areas is not expected, but practical awareness and some experience spanning the breadth of the domain is desired.
Systems-thinking experience, knowledge of how to decompose a complex system into relevant components and experience applying this to the development of new products and solutions
Demonstrated experience with cyber security and architecture, especially from a product development perspective. Experience with end user security agents and/or client security technologies is a plus.
