Role Summary: As a member of a World Class Team, the Manufacturing Product Assembler in Regulator IA will work from manufacturing specifications, assemble insulation supports, filler, terminal boards, leads, hardware, switches, tap changers, fuses and other components to interiors. You will also tighten assemblies and make adjustments to insure proper operation of the accessories.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Manufacturing Product Assembler, you will:
Work from manufacturing specifications
Assemble insulation supports, filler, terminals, terminal boards, leads, bushbars, hardware, switches, tap changers, fuses to the interiors
Tighten assemblies and make adjustments to insure proper operation of accessories
Bolt, clip, screw, or other fastener parts together by use of necessary hand tools
Other Related duties as assigned
High School Diploma / GED
Certified overhead crane operator
Experience in the use of simple hand and air tools, measuring tapes and gauges
Ability to operate processing equipment
Shop math knowledge
Ability and willingness to obtain a fork truck license
Ability to install tap changers and related assemblies
