Role Summary:
The Component Sales and Partnership Development Manager develops component product sales in EMEA to sell the full range of component products and develop new business partnerships leveraging our factories’ capabilities and capacities. Liaises with partners in CIS & Europe including GE2GE relation, developing cooperation strategies to improve product and component sales in the region and maintain current customer base successfully

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for the defined geographical region.
  • Set stretch targets to the sales representatives and support them to accomplish the goals and to continuously seek for new opportunities, furthermore to maintain the existent partnerships.
  • Identify new partners to develop overall business volume, and work with existing partners to grow both component sales and semi-finished products’ import and export in the business.
  • Responsible for cooperating with the factories, providing accurate data for forecasts to the Fulfillment function and for reporting results in cooperation with the Finance team.

  • Actively analyze the market to identify business opportunities and to develop sales growth plan.
  • Highlight areas of further development and establish plans to ensure business meets its targets.
  • Proactively establishes sales forecast and monitors performance vs plan
  • Coordinate and support the regional sales organization to drive sales expectations of each representative.
  • Lead actions related to product quality complaint resolution.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • College / university degree in engineering, marketing, sales, business or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial /operations/fulfillment/ leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication/energizing skills.
  • Proven record of accomplishments showing business impact.
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive change and engagement initiatives.
  • Fluency in English, Russian or any other European language is an advantage
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
