Role Summary:
Responsible for attaining One GEHC service sales objectives within LCS modality in Brazil.
Responsible for attaining the LCS Services Sales objectives of the region - namely achieve or exceed OP (Revenue, Price, Capture Rate by product, IB retention, …etc.).


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead by influence a cross-functional team (inside sales, service delivery, product team and sales operations) that will pursue the achievement of LCS Service Sales business objectives. 
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to drive organic growth in Service Sales both at Point of Sales and at renewal (revenue, capture rate and IB retention). 
  • Creates, implements and sustains LCS Channel Partner Key Performance Indicators.
  • Works closely with the marketing team to identify new growth opportunities and creates campaigns. Defines the go to market approach, and defines the structure needed to support the initiatives. 
  • Define with the Commercial Operations Leader and the Product Commercial leaders the growth opportunities prioritization. 
  • Cultivates and leverages customer relationships at the management level, develops long-term customer relationships  
  • Ensures seamless teamwork with the Equipment Sales, Services and Marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction. 

Quality Specific Goals: 
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l and/or local Law is broken 
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Strategic Selling and negotiation skills. 
  • Business and results oriented. 
  • Healthcare professional. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Service products and equipment modalities 
  • Service Environment knowledge. 
  • Language proficiency in English.
  • Strong customer skills.
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.

  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.
  • At least 5 years of experience within services in life support market

  • Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
