Role Summary:
ITO planning analyst will support leaders Scheduling main forecasting processes, which identifies the convertibility of future projects, in order to prepare action plans and the company's exposure control costs.

Essential Responsibilities:
He / She will work on data analysis, preparation of action plans and monitoring and reporting will support the convertibility.
Monitor the first steps of the project life ensuring of milestones related to time so as to reduce the ITO OTR Hand-Off
He / She will work with the convertibility team, identifying opportunities for convertibility during the analysis of the Order Plan with the Regions.
The ideal candidate will also have good interpersonal and communication skills. It 'a team player, able to communicate effectively with his / her peers and supervisors. It can interface with difficult customers, customizing planning activities according to the needs and specific requirements.
He / she is able to identify priorities and deadlines respect. It is flexible when it comes to functions while pushing at the same time respecting the planning time

Qualifications/Requirements:
•BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent background
•Proven financial acumen and analytical skills in finance
•Good presentation skills
• Expert skills in PC and Microsoft Office Project Win, Oracle applications.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken Italian and English
•Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
