Role Summary: Own strategy through execution of lead nurture programs and discrete email campaigns centered on personas within the B2B buyer’s journey through the marketing automation platform, Marketo. Serve as the project manager for demand generation programs, acting as point of contact for campaign playmakers.
In addition you will :
Project manage demand generation execution and serve as central point of contact with campaign playmakers
Manage and execute all nurture programs and discrete email campaigns to support events, new product introductions and the like, collaborating with content strategist for messaging
Operate live webinar platform supporting virtual events
Drive high quality leads to the sales team, focused on target accounts
Ensure all leads are tracked, scored and routed properly through the lead lifecycle
Use Marketo and Salesforce at an advanced level, building lists, reports and workflows within the systems
Example: Deploy customizable emails for deployment via Salesforce.com / Marketo Sales Insight
Measure, analyze and report results and insights to campaign owners
Understand market segmentation, account-based and persona-based marketing
Manage A / B testing program for emails and landing pages, monitoring results and fine tuning campaigns
Develop and maintain best practices, including performance metrics and KPIs for overall program performance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 3 Years of experience with B2B demand / lead generation campaign management
Minimum of 3 Years of experience using Marketo and Salesforce or similar technologies at a super-user level
Super-user proficiency with Marketo
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
Proven track record of creating demand / lead generation campaigns and reporting on KPIs
Strong project management skills
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Collaborative mindset with ability to perform in fast-paced environment
