Role Summary: Reporting to the VP of Ecosystems & Channels Americas, the Partner Alliances Director will develop and have regional alliance management responsibilities for the partners of all types that are strategic to results within the Americas region.
To deliver this, the Partner Alliance Director will work hand in hand with global alliance management where there is coverage, sales teams within the BUs to build business plans and relationships with partners that will drive GE Digital revenue growth by enabling our partners to develop joint offerings combining their products and services with GE Digital solutions to deliver best-in-class solutions to Industrial Internet customers.
Work with existing and targeted alliance partners who have regional presence to build a business plan to develop a significant products and services portfolio combining their offerings with GE Digital capabilities
Develop, negotiate, agree and publish key targets for application royalties, orders (sales bookings) and joint solutions within the region
Align partner to GE Digital’s Go-To-Market strategies developed in both global and regional teams
Deepen and successfully monetize existing partnerships and capabilities. Increase awareness, market leadership and sales of existing partner solutions.
Map out the overall regional partner ecosystem for GE Digital for your territory: identify the relevant players as well as potential relationships and then construct additional and alternative distribution strategies.
Own the overall program and scorecard for your regional territory across all partner types and BUs, including business agreements and solution packaging/pricing, in addition to tracking metrics and relevant success criteria for all Alliance programs and activities.
Drive adherence the GE Digital Partner Program requirements and metrics.
Provide exceptional leadership to a rapidly growing team and capitalize on GE Digital extraordinary growth.
Establish indisputable market leadership to gain effective visibility in the industry to ensure that GE Digital is “top of mind” with potential business and strategic partners in your territory.
Develop and maintain systems and processes that provide genuine visibility and accurately forecast results and opportunities, as well as provide quantitative and qualitative input for strategic decisions.
Build revenue plans with partners and roll up forecast for the company.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
7+ years successfully building and leading world-class, international, revenue generating partnerships
GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

An accomplished senior manager with a first-rate track record in creating major strategic deals with multiple partners from first call to signed contract.

Demonstrated experience within Alliance/ Partnership management/ Business Development functions
Established success in developing teams that are high performing and high morale.
