Essential Responsibilities: - Assist engineer in the substantiation of new repairs and cost saving initiatives - Study ways to reduce cost and faster turnaround for existing repairs - Data acquisition & analysis - Read repair documents and develop work instructions from it, improve on existing documents -Troubleshoot and identify any process issues, especially part airflow processes -Ask questions from your perspective as a learning pair of eyes
Qualifications/Requirements: -Strong academic results in Industrial/Mechanical/Production/Aerospace Engineering -Passion in Aviation Component Repair industry -Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction. -Fluent in English
