Role Summary: Strategic work closely with product marketing teams and zone sales team to improve financial and operational performance, improve clinical outcomes, develop service line strategies, improve management decision-making, enhance patient/customer experiences, and even adopt GE management practices.
Essential Responsibilities: • Serving as client executive, responsible for overall engagement quality and relationship management at the most senior client levels • Promote and complete timely performance feedback to team members and engagement leaders • Achieve high NPS (client satisfaction) scores. • Identify and lead up-sell/add-on opportunities with current clients • Lead opportunities with new pursuits and up-selling including proposal development, analysis, and project planning • Serve as an effective adviser (formally) and mentor (informally) for more junior staff by developing goals and objectives, supporting career development and path, monitoring performance throughout the year, ensuring appropriate engagement assignments, contributing to formal evaluations.
Qualifications/Requirements: • 8 years previous Sales experience with a major Healthcare Industry • Ability to market and sell high dollar, intellectual-property based engagements. • Ability to manage complex, workflow re-engineering projects and/or management process projects, including outstanding analytical and communication skills. • Global Product Marketing experience with equipment, services or solutions, including strategy, offer definition, business case development, and go-to-market strategy. • Experience in creating and communicating value propositions with sales, clients and delivery teams. • Executive-level communication skills: written, interviewing, persuasion, selling, and presentation. • Ability to travel regularly
