As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the customs team with the elaboration of databases and analysis of customs import summaries, special programs and certifications, document controls, and customs system maintenance.
Creation of databases.
Control of customs system update.
Support on import- export documents review.
Post import and export documents audit.
Metrics and report generation.
Record keeping and documents gathering.
BA/BS in International Affairs, Foreign Trade, or International Business expected for late 2019. Currently enrolled in 6th to 9th semester.
Strong communications skills in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proactive and detail oriented.
Clear thinker with good organizational and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of Mexico’s import-export regulations (1 year of experience).
