Role Summary: Assist in the execution of the strategy, future direction, and product roadmap delivery for GE’s IAM technology solutions. To help create secure, standardized and automated IAM environments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with IAM systems and be familiar with the entire lifecycle (joiner, mover, leavers) of access management for internal and external users across various platforms, databases, privileged access, reconciliation, cloud and integration with credential stores.
Have a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical Identity & Access Management concepts and principles of Cyber Security
Strong knowledge of security concepts in technologies that intersect with Identity Management
Able to connect the dots across domains and develop cross-domain identity and security solutions
Work on cross-functional projects and teams to deliver security solutions for the business
Act as advisor and coach to junior team members
May allocate and be responsible for the quality of work in others, including leading teams of teams to accomplish project deliverables
May train new team members in specific technology or process area
Communicate across direct organization and across the Identity Management function in area of expertise
Present to senior leaders (SPB and EB) in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how Identity Management contributes to the overall Cyber Security strategy
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 6 years with relevant professional experience in Identity and Access Management, and Cyber Security

Must be willing to travel less than 25% of the time
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Glen Allen, VA or Cincinnati, OH
Experience with software development and delivery processes
Experience in application development using Java and other relevant web technologies.
Good understanding of protocols and systems like LDAP and UNIX, Linux and systems like Active Directory, SAP, CyberArk, etc.
Experience with an Identity Manager: Oracle Identity Manager or Sun IDM, Sail Point, etc.
Experience with Single Sign-On Solution: Ping Federate, Oauth2.0
Experience with Directory servers: Unbound ID/Ping, CA, Radiant Logic, Oracle
Experience with an Application/Web Server: WebSphere, Jboss, Weblogic, Tomcat
