Technical Competency/Training Coordinator - ANZ

Role Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the technical training program for GE Healthcare’s technical teams and customers. This role will ensure our training plan is aligned to our service delivery model and customer needs with a view to optimize technical skills and competency to delivery world-class service.

Essential Responsibilities:
This position will work closely with the modality and field services teams to standardise our technical training delivery and assist with identifying technical training needs across the services business. In addition, the ANZ Technical Competency and Training Coordinator will work closely with the segment leaders to ensure service readiness during the New Product Introduction process and support the development of customer-specific training products.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop, maintain & operationalize FE competency matrix
• Manage & prioritise ongoing training requests
• Develop annual Field Engineer training development plan
• Manage Contractor Training & Competency requirements
• Coordinate NPI (New Product) training requirements
• Manage technical training tools and infrastructure
• Coordinate International FE training registrations
• Develop technical training & EHS training dashboards
• Maintain TRACE (online technical competency tool) & GE Learning (training register)
• Support technical team to plan & execute FE & channel partner technical training plan
• Publish internal and external ANZ Training Calendar
• Develop customer feedback mechanism to assess customer satisfaction and identify technical training improvement opportunities
• Provide administrative support to technical training to enhance customer experience and standardise the delivery of technical training (eg technical training documentation including course notes, training delivery material & course labs)
• Maintain customer-facing online technical training content
• Development and management of our apprenticeship training program

Quality Specific Goals:

• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all EHS training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives
