Role Summary: Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a digital product to fulfill the Aviation Digital vision/strategy in regards to taking our digital products external. Intent is to develop digital products that fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will require inclusive leadership across GE Aviation, GE Enterprise as well as external customers.
All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a Aviation Digital product , including vision, strategy, scope, time, contract (if not covered by an existing contract) cost & quality management.
Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a business and customer requirement or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Has a contribution in the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole.
Is involved in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit.
Major contribution to the strategic plan of higher unit. Presents to top leadership in the business solutions (EB, SEB, sr. VP) on technical discipline and business solutions.
Works with cross business teams. Important business unit clients. Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients (internal and external).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Services - Project Management.

Some form of Fastworks, Lean, 6Sigma training a plus
Strong domain expertise in Aviation Services as it applies to CSAs, Contract Management, Airline operational practices and Shop operations.
Candidate must be able to drive thought provoking dialogue to drive optimal outcomes across multiple parties.
Other : This role will require the candidate to potentially operate and function in a “white space” environment while developing a vision and strategy for their product which aligns to the overall Aviation DigitalMRO initiative. Approaching the role with a open mind, creative thinking and high energy optimizim is a must.
