Role Summary: We are looking for self-motivated interns seeking a to ramp-up challenging career in Training, Development and Human Resources Processes. The ideal candidate has passion for Human Resources processes, learning and development, and has a genuine interest for continuous improvement processes. The candidate will be involved in challenging projects with real business impact in an Engineering Center of more than one thousand technologists.
Essential Responsibilities: • Support in the execution of analysis, projection and provisioning of budget accounts • Support a wide variety of processes that include but are not limited to: request and review purchase orders, invoicing, and generate sourcing records • Support HR teams in activities in support to business engagement initiatives • Support HR operational processes • Support continuous improvement of HR projects & HR policies, including ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems • Support internal HR communications
Qualifications/Requirements: • University student of Management, Finance, Business Administration, with full-time academic coursework (undergraduate programs) • Excellent academic records • Excellent command of MS Excel • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure • Oral and written communication skills • Spoken and written English proficiency
Desired Characteristics: • Previous experience as intern in Finance, Operative, Sourcing or HR areas • Ability to set and communicate priorities • Strong organizational and problem solving skills • Customer centricity • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong ability to interface external vendors (e.g., suppliers and business partners) • Proactive, curious, committed, detail-oriented
