Role Summary:

Manage the operational delivery of commercial risk services offered by the Commercial Shared Services customer onboarding team. Provide operational direction to customer onboarding locations globally to manage overall service delivery, volume variation, customer onboarding exceptions and industrial business inquires.



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Service delivery quality - ensure SLA’s, unit costs and delivery quality are meeting customer expectations and are uniform across all businesses and regions served.

  • Develop and execute service innovation in partnership with COL, ROL, GPL - drive a strong pipeline and execution of technology and productivity projects across customer risk and customer onboarding processes (i.e. robotics, streamline technology, AI integration, analytics).

  • Working collaborative, link upstream & downstream process handoffs and where possible enable a more simplistic process, ensuring consistency in outcomes delivery to the businesses around timeliness, cash and compliance.

  • Build collaborative internal and external relationships providing value relating to Commercial Shared Services customer onboarding and commercial risk offerings.

  • Provide direction to the deployment of resources to deliver on agreed service level agreements.

  • Respond to inquiries from various businesses in a timely manner in a solution orientated mindset.

  • Accurately maintain user accesses to various business operating systems that enable the delivery of services.

  • Partner and align with GO Compliance and Controllership to ensure processes and delivery align to policies and accounting principles.

  • Support seamless new client onboarding to the Global Operations team and meeting ongoing service level agreement requirements.

  • Other tasks assigned by Manager or applicable leadership.


  • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University degree.

  • 2+ Years risk, audit or lean experience.

  • Prior People Leader experience.


  • Desired Characteristics:

  • FMP Graduate.

  • Prior People Leader experience.
