Essential Responsibilities: Clinical lead for new & existing NPI program on both the CT scanner and Advantage Workstation including Oncology applications, Neurology applications, Cardiac Applications and Vascular applications. Support marketing in translating clinical needs into product features and mapping features to clinical benefits. Test and validate product to maintain high quality products before they are released. Develop clinical agreements, work goals and feedback mechanisms for usability based clinical Evaluation. Work with upstream marketing to select high quality sites for clinical evaluation. Provide support and training to clinical sites and acquire feedback from the site to improve the product. Manage clinical sites after product launch for continued customer feedback and relationships. Develop training material for Field Application Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialists and Sales Specialist. Participate/lead in the training of the specialist. Provide support to downstream marketing for sales tools, collaterals, produce images for shows and presentations, and provide support at product shows.
Qualifications/Requirements: Associate’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Biomedical Engineering, Radiological Sciences or Radiological Technology, and 3 years experience in related occupation required. The position also requires 3 years experience with CT Scanners and image processing with CT Applications; 2 years collaborating with customers such as clinicians, physicians, radiologists on use of CT in a clinical setting; and 2 years of experience in training and teaching Clinical application specialist.
