Role Summary: Administers and coordinates formal training classes at the assigned customer installation site. Responsible for post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. Supports the sale of GE Healthcare Digital Products to the medical community by assisting the field Sales representatives with pre-sale demonstrations and clinical trials.
Coordinate the delivery of customer training with the Services Team.
Support the sales process in technical presentations of (modality) products where applicable.
Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.
Produce well-written post-training reports and to provide written product feedback.
Support trade show activity.
Bachelor’s degree and or IT frameworks certification (e.g. ITIL).
Significant clinical experience.
Some specific Healthcare Digital Modality experience.
Advanced knowledge on the Healthcare Digital clinical workflow
Willing to travel extensively (four to five days a week, including weekends).
All clinical, modality, and solutions experience must be current.
Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.
Ability to communicate with End Users IT and Clinical users in a proficient and effective way.
Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
Service sales acumen and ability to promote Healthcare Digital service value proposition.
Must have a valid driver's license.
EU work permit
Italian and English fluency
Interpersonal and communication skills, professional disposition and demeanor.
Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence.
Responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback.
