Role Summary:
Administers and coordinates formal training classes at the assigned customer installation site. Responsible for post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. Supports the sale of GE Healthcare Digital Products to the medical community by assisting the field Sales representatives with pre-sale demonstrations and clinical trials.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of customer training with the Services Team.
  • Support the sales process in technical presentations of (modality) products where applicable.
  • Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and to provide written product feedback.
  • Support trade show activity.

    • Bachelor’s degree and or IT frameworks certification (e.g. ITIL).
    • Significant clinical experience.
    • Some specific Healthcare Digital Modality experience.
    • Advanced knowledge on the Healthcare Digital clinical workflow
    • Willing to travel extensively (four to five days a week, including weekends).
    • All clinical, modality, and solutions experience must be current.
    • Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.
    • Ability to communicate with End Users IT and Clinical users in a proficient and effective way.
    • Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
    • Service sales acumen and ability to promote Healthcare Digital service value proposition.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • EU work permit
    • Italian and English fluency
