The Sales Manager shall be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategy on the OFS business, working across the organization, leading both the short and long-term planning and execution of business strategy.
Draw out a Product wise blueprint for the key Accounts allocated & and implement it by 2018.
Ensure appropriate sales coverage, opportunity evaluation, risk analysis, etc. to maximum opportunity to achieve the Orders, Margin, Convertibility Sales & Past Dues.
Develop and maintain the relationships with OFS' current and future customers
Maintain a real-time understanding of the market environment & provide feedback to enable the right pricing and optimum terms for efficient deal closures.
Work collaboratively with Commercial managers, Application Engineers & Functions to develop and execute account strategies in pursuit of top & bottom line growth
Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies.
Promote Company Products / Value with unyielding integrity to achieve profitable growth and due market share
Demonstrate depth of knowledge with respect to customer needs to pull through associated BHGE offerings in the same account.
Prioritize the studies and analysis for customers to improve equipment performance and costs of operation, driving a consultative strategy.
Drive pricing and commercial strategies to maximize margin expansion
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or MBA from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8-12 years’ experience in Turbomachinery Project Sales
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to provide technical direction & articulate the value proposition with the customers
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, to interact at all levels of the organization and with other BHGE businesses
High energy, assertiveness, and self -motivated individual to work in a fast paced environment with limited direction
Adaptable and open to change in response to unexpected circumstances and or in working in ambiguous situations
Prior experience with customer specifications review, proposal development, and contract development and negotiations is preferred
Knowledge of the application and requisition process
Strong oral and written communication skills ·
