Role Summary: The internship will be developed in Materials team, in particular on Workforce activities, analyzing manufacturing routers (production cycles) and production factors (machines and operators) in the the three Centre of Competences of Pomigliano Site.
Essential Responsibilities: The internship will be aimed to implement a project in order to:
Verify processing times by chronometric method;
Monitor cost of product;
Produce efficiency reporting (actual vs forecast);
Drive improvements of cycle time and process in order to reduce cost and meet objectives;
Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes;ù
Interact in an effective manner with all manufacturing departments.
Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Aeronautical, Material and / or Management Engineering from an accredited University or college;
Outstanding academic achievements;
Knowledge of technical drawings;
English and Italian fluency, written and verbal;
Geographic flexibility and global mindset;
EU Work Permit.
Curious and eager to learn;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Able to coordinate many tasks concurrently;
Strong business acumen with the ability to motivate others.
