Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

    The purpose of the role is to actively participate in the recruitment processes for GE in Hungary.
  • Active participation in the recruitment process (CV screening, phone interviews)
  • Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases Using the social media for finding the best profile
  • Managing pre-screening interview in Hungarian and English as well
  • Developing market knowledge on specific areas
  • Assist hiring and onboarding processes
  • Continuous update of internal and external communication
  • Participating, organizing and documenting the recruitment results, activities
  • Provide assistance in organizing appearance at Career Fairs (BME, etc)


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ongoing or just finished studies in HR/Psychology/Sociology/Economics
  • Ability to work min 30-40 hrs/week
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Cooperative, proactive and dynamic personality
  • High mobility and flexibility
  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
