Essential Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate with Customers and GE Businesses and drive successful business outcomes. This includes but not limited to: strategic pilot customer project, executive briefing, co-creation program, etc. 2.As a solution architect, be able to work closely with the customers to understand their business outcomes and objectives, translating into technical and solution requirements. Assessing GE’s and business partner’s solution to identify gaps, and work with the engineering teams to prototype as well as implement the solutions. 3.Ability to drive complex engagements to success, which includes finding the right approach & proposition for the customer, managing the engagement process and ensuring delivery, in close coordination with the UX, Data Science and Engineering teams 4.Create cross-functional engagement plans that build meaningful, strategic relationships that lead to further engagements and encourage advocacy while increasing customer loyalty, commitment, and excitement. 5.Pro-actively and consistently incorporate customer feedback into the engagement process and use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive operational excellence in the areas 6.Skilled at understanding our customers’ business goals while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and add value by providing strategic advice and guidance 7.Team-oriented approach to working with everyone, actively coaching, mentoring, assisting on various tasks, listening, and handling all levels of tasks as needed. This role requires executive maturity in working with senior leaders and employees across multiple time zones and business cultures. 8.Demonstrated ability to effectively network with accounts from C-Level down to identify mutually beneficial business outcomes and create plans of attack to realize these outcomes 9.Good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities. 10.Ability to thrive in fast pace environments and adept at building successful relationships. 11.Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
Qualifications/Requirements: 1.Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited university. 2.10+ years software development and integrated solution development experiences 3.3+ years HealthCare solution experiences 4.Customer facing experiences to understand business requirements and to translate into technical specifications. 5.Strong leadership. Out of the box thinker. Ability to expand what’s known at the moment into a vision. 6.Agile, flexible. Great team work.
