Role Summary: Assist Clinical Research Coordinator in execution of onsite Clinical Studies. Able to take direction in fast paced environment and to be self-directed, when Coordinator is not available. Needs to possess excellent interpersonal skills to consent, screen and schedule Research Subjects. Role requires highly acute attention to detail and MS proficiency (excel, PowerPoint) to manage study operational data. Provide administrative and office support. This is a Part Time role.
Essential Responsibilities: • Assist Lead Study Coordinator, as needed in: o maintaining all Study Documentation, including paper Study Binder(s) and Subject records o conducting IRB submissions & applications such as yearly Continuing Review Application, Deviation Reports, and/or Adverse Event reporting o providing support to a large Study Staff (50+) o coordinating & conduct yearly training activities o coordinating and overseeing regular Monitoring visits • Consent Volunteers • Screen Volunteers • Escort Volunteers • Compensate Volunteers • Communicate & manage Incidental Findings • Filing • Data Entry
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. High School Diploma minimum 2. Familiarity with clinical research 3. Outstanding organizational skills 4. Proficient at managing Excel spreadsheets/trackers 5. Possess a high level of attention to detail 6. Exceptionally well-organized 7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 8. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time 9. Must be willing to work in our Waukesha, WI facility 10. Must be 18 years of age or older 11. Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process 12. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
Desired Characteristics: Previous experience in Clinical studies or in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a plus. Must be flexible with availability depending on business needs.
