Role Summary:
In this position, the Cash & Past Due Analyst will work closely with the BHGE Europe Turbomachinery & Process Solutions Cash & Past Due Leader, supporting with prompt analysis and taking proper actions aimed at facilitating collection process and achieving quarterly Past Due (PD) targets.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this position the candidate will:

  • Support the weekly Account Receivable (AR) and Collection Dashboard preparation, analysis and continuous update
  • Analyze and assess the portfolio of AR, supporting with weekly Cash In and Past Due (PD) estimates; detect Risks to Collections and identify Opportunities to reduce PD
  • Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) in PD target achievement, supporting them with prompt root cause analysis and taking preventive and/or corrective actions accordingly
  • Liaise with GE Working Capital collection team and the Project Management teams to constantly gather information on invoices status and support with follow-up actions
  • Manage the weekly AR reconciliation activity
  • Prepare the package for the weekly CFOA review with senior management

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in Economic, Engineering or Equivalent
    • Solid Financial skills
    • Strong analytical mindset
    • Proficient skills in MS Office tools (Excel and Power Point)
    • Fluent in Italian and English, written and oral
    • EU work permit
