Role Summary: ASEAN MR (Magnetic Resonance) Product Marketer develops a regional product/portfolio strategy including NPI readiness, product positioning, market segmentation, zone training and installed base retention for MRI products & technologies. The role is responsible for generating growth and driving incremental share for MR products in ASEAN through demand creation, funnel acceleration and KOL management in partnership with the MR Modality organization and Commercial teams.
Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Marketing plan - Develop strategy, segmentation, core product messaging and product that differentiates MR products in the market. Ensure country-specific MR marketing plans & execution are aligned with global strategy (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.) to grow orders, share and profitability. • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of MR products. • Responsible for ensuring the local commercial organizations (Modality Sales Specialists and Account Managers) have the right tools and training to sell and manage product configurations and portfolio effectively • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. • Market and competition intelligence – be the expert on the buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition and help prepare simple and easy to use defense against competition in association with product specialists. • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for MR products including digital and education campaigns. • KOL and reference site management – Drive execution of KOL relationships and reference sites for the entire portfolio, working with Modality and commercial teams. • Customer Insights Program / Customer Win-Loss - Conduct in-depth research to define customer problem statement, success metrics, unmet needs, buying cycles, and personas. Analyze product level win/loss data and conduct in-depth customer interviews to generate insights and develop hypotheses on the product portfolio and competitive situation in the region. • Develop and collaborate with Ad & Promo team for execution of customer experience activities like User Groups & Advisory Boards, ROI Case Studies, Executive Access Events & Show site visits. • Develops programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate. • Provide recommendations to Global Product Marketing team and revise/execute region product marketing activities. • Establish and maintain strong relationship to Global Modality teams to act as first point of contact for Global and to ensure country needs are getting strong support from Global Modality. • Lead annual marketing interlock process for MR in ASEAN. • Own brand and life-cycle management for the MR portfolio. • Provide ASEAN input to business cases for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Global Product Marketing to develop, test and prototype new product ideas.
Job location is open to key ASEAN Countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam).
Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy 4. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams 5. Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence 6. Excellent oral and written communications skills 7. Strong analytical and process skills
