Role Summary:
Successful intern will have the opportunity to develop the Channel Partner handbook, be responsible for the learning and development needs of the Channel Partners and work closely with the modality team on the development of Sales Mate.

Essential Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Handbook
- Develop CP handbook through collaboration with GE internal stakeholders e.g. Modality, channel sales, channel excellence, channel service, marketing etc.

Channel Partner Learning & Development
- Execute the identified training needs of channel partners across ASEAN using Learning and Development Framework.
- Maintains repository of CP Sales organization through creation of SSO and administers training programs.
- Own L&D training framework, make necessary changes, resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary to stay relevant with changing needs.
- Create SOP for administration of HLS learning platform e.g. maintains training calendar, manages individual CP personal and organization training needs, load courses, pilot runs etc.
- SOP for CP training with finance for payment of tuition fee either via Channel Partner or GE Coins. Work with finance for payment to training providers e.g. HLS, Crontonville, Training vendors.
- Conduct trial runs for online training and deploy online trainings to channel partners.

Sales Mate
- Prepare list of feet on street information for ASEAN channel partners
- Group ASEAN Feet on Street based on product, country, expertise etc for distribution of product information from Sales Mate app.
- Work with modality for development of ASEAN specific content and deploy on FOS.

- Undergraduate with a reputable university
- Self starter and resourceful
- Able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Keen eye for details and strong organization skills
