Role Summary:

Joining Human Resources you will partner with our Business Leaders to ensure we are shaping up the most contemporary, engaged, collaborative teams of talent, able to deliver leading edge technology for tomorrows ’challenges.

Essential Responsibilities:
As HR Manager in Brindisi you will be responsible for a client group of approximately 350 employees across Global Supply Chain and Supporting Functions.
The HRM will:

  • Model and reinforce behaviors that best reflect our cultural aspirations, purpose and beliefs. Align our HR processes, organizational structure, C&B strategy and systems to progress our desired culture and attract, retain and develop talent
  • Be an employees and business advocate. Have the courage to do the right thing, promoting the well-being of our employees and ensuring our processes and practices assure an ethical and respectful environment. Enable a culture of healthy HR KPI’s through correct management coaching & education
  • Understand and balance compliance and local labor/regulations with business priorities
  • Establish positive personal relationships by being credible, trustworthy and approachable; support and coach others to best possible solutions. Maintain and be valued for your independent point of view. Be an entrepreneurial organizational designer and partner with business leaders in implementing effective organization solutions.
  • Use technology to generate insightful analytics. Identify trends, anticipate outcomes and make data-based decisions. Be a communicational role model by supporting the business in designing effective way to collaborate and flow down business imperatives and key messages.
  • Proactively participate to initiatives and projects that will contribute to enabling the business strategy.
    The role reports to the Brindisi site HRM and partners with the rest of HR Team

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics)
    • Proactive and self-starter
    • Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all-across the organization
    • Comfortable with dealing with uncertainty and delivering in complex scenarios
    • Confident with digital tools and media
    • Fluent English and Italian
    • EU work permit
