Role Summary:
GE Healthcare manage the Maintenance Service for the Trusts’ 17,000+ Medical Devices. Based within the Trust, you will be responsible for leading the solution. Responsibilities’ include contract & vendor management, operational leadership, customer interaction, reporting and service strategy. The role covers a wide range of leadership experiences and opportunities at a Customer site. Do you have a passion for customer solutions? Join the GE Healthcare team!



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage a cross functional project team throughout all phases of project cycle.
  • Take ownership of contracts management and contractual reporting.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize projects to deliver to financial commitments.
  • Ensure all required processes are followed on project execution to prevent Quality & Fulfillment issues after conversion.
  • Develop and present business segment reviews
  • Provide leadership and direction for participants and stakeholders responsible for the project.
  • Managing revenue associated with projects.
  • Provide technical support and manage first level escalations of technical issues.
  • Manage the maintenance of data management tools through effective reporting.
  • Drive adherence to standard work processes and assist with Project Management training on new products and tools
  • Translate Customer needs/requirements into detailed Project plans shared with other Functions involved and driving internal execution to meet the targets.
  • Leading, coaching, developing team members.
  • Comply with all Quality Specific Goals.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Strong Leadership & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple teams
  • Proven contract management experience
  • Medical Device equipment knowledge / understanding
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills – be able to use data effectively
  • Effective decision-making capabilities
  • Deep operational skill-set – process driven, problem solving, driving continuous improvement
  • Negotiation skills/experience
  • Proven Customer experience – ability to interact successfully at all levels
  • Good Financial understanding
  • Experience in a service, operations or sales sector
