Role Summary: In this role, you will be the coordinator between HR and IT Shared Service Center for all HR tools in Switzerland and responsible for the correct access rights and password releases. This is a temporary position, start date asap with the contract probably coming to an end by the end of April 2018.
Essential Responsibilities: In this role, the focus will be to steer the HR processes, generate standard reports, define and prepare various KPIs. You will also support HR Switzerland in inquiries, give advice and create ad hoc evaluations. Besides you will coordinate the implementation of regulatory or legislative changes and/or document adjustments.
Furthermore, you will:
take decisions independently within your subject area
support and/or participate in national or international projects as well as in subject-specific internal and external working groups (best practice sharing)
implement customer requirements, respond to inquiries, give advice and support management, line, payroll professionals, employees, and HR on process issues and HR tools
comply with national laws regarding employment contract provisions, data and personal protection and valid company regulations; violations must be reported to the relevant HR offices
together with the supervisor agree on designs, layouts and optimization of interfaces, workflows, processes and evaluations of all kinds
High planning, organizational and coordination skills
Several years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll with strong IT affinity
Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security and Personnel Administration
In-depth experience (at least 5 years) with SAP HCM, good knowledge of SAP Fiori advantageous as well as other HR systems
Experience in complex evaluations of HR systems
Project management experience
Excellent command of German in speaking and writing; good English speaking and writing skills
Experience in placing orders and submitting statements to virtual teams
