Role Summary: We are looking for a commercially strong sales person for our segment High Acuity Care (software services for ORs, anesthesia and intensive care, and biz intelligence).
You will use your clinical and technical insights to engage key clinical, admin and management stakeholders with compelling value propositions that differentiate GE’s offerings and generate revenue growth and market share. You will work independently, but leverage your colleagues and network to achieve business goals.
Build a solid understanding of the marked dynamics, customer requirements and the competitive situation in Sweden
Serve as customer advocate, operating at both a strategic and tactical level to engage and facilitate relevant GE teams to sustain and grow the customer relationship
Lead the sales process: Identify/create opportunities; qualify customer needs, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions in order to successfully close sales
Leverage customer relationships and detailed knowledge of customers’ processes to ensure predictable execution of deals against quarterly and annual targets
Work closely with marketing to create awareness and increase demand generation to fuel the sales pipeline
Provide local support for marketing activities such as case studies and user group meetings. The sales person will work in partnership with the applications team to manage any GE reference sites in their region
Responsibility for tender and quotation presentations for customers
Handle large bids under EU public procurement law
Reporting in accordance with the sales guidelines and disciplines
Give presentations and demonstrate good business understanding
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience plus relevant experience in account/ product management sales or technical healthcare roles
Several years of experience working in a complex environment where several parties are involved in the purchasing decision
Strong executive presence and high degree of professionalism. Demonstrated ability to energize, develop and build relationship at all levels of the customer organization and internally in the company
Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to get an understanding of complex issues and communicate clearly in layman's terms when needed
Willingness to travel up to 50% including limited international travel for activities such as site visits and training courses
Fluent in Swedish and English
Valid driving license
EU work permit
Solid experience within Healthcare Digital, preferably with clinical background
Experience with strategic sales principles and tools
Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization
Strong analytic skills, high level understanding of acute healthcare workflows and business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication with customers on all levels
