Essential Responsibilities: Work on multiple projects as a project leader or internal consultant. Work on highly complex projects that require in-depth domain knowledge or two or more specialized architecture areas. Lead and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line. Analyze design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint. Review and/or analyze and develop architectural requirements at domain level within product portfolio or team. Participate in the EA domain governance model. Contribute to the development of software and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses. Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support actives.
Qualifications/Requirements: The primary requirements are a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent*, in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors [Science, Technology, Engineering (any) and Math], and four (4) years of experience in related occupation. *Employer will accept any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors [Science, Technology, Engineering (any) and Math], and two (2) years of experience in related occupation. The position also requires 15 months experience with Enterprise reference architecture of Radiology systems - EMR, RIS, PACS, VNA; 6 months experience with technical deal reviews with large enterprise sales; 18 months experience with radiology workflows for both Europe (RIS driven) and USA (PACS driven); 1 year experience with design and implementation of IT datacenter architectures, including system virtualization, and 6 months experience with storage technologies; 6 months experience with IT High-Availability and Disaster recovery / Disaster avoidance solutions; 1 year experience with IHE profiles such as DICOM, HL7, and XDS; and 6 months experience with software design and development, including Web oriented development languages and transactional and non-transactional databases design. Approximately 10% International travel to customers in Europe and Asia etc. to provide Solution deployment and Service required.
