Role Summary:

The Finished Goods fulfillment Leader will support the plants within the region on material prioritization with warehouses, internal plants and external vendors, balancing inventory and partner with the IS Customer Excellence organization to provide updates on current quarter jobs.



Essential Responsibilities:

In addition you will:


  • Partner with sourcing to reduce Lead times.

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes to minimize inventory while maximizing on-time delivery on Raw material.

  • Coordinate with Buyers prioritize with vendors according with Master Scheduler program for the lines to be shipped.

  • Facilitate RIP inventory management and inventory programs.

  • Lead weekly pacing metrics with schedulers and buyers within the region plants( tactical and strategic).

  • Inventory accuracy on the plants warehouse.

  • RIP project execution.

  • Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing.


  • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, planning, or logistics - Technical / engineering experience is preferred.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent quality certification.

  • Familiarity with any integrated ERP systems (preferably SAP).


  • Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated communication, analytical and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a cross functional and multi-task environment.

  • Demonstrated problem solving, creativity, and process management.

  • Team player attitude.

  • High energy, self-starter, ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.

  • OMLP graduate.

  • Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations.
