Role Summary:
We are looking for a proven Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master who is experienced in delivering Agile projects to join our Mobile Application Development Team, responsible for development of key GE Digital - Healthcare business applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Managing the delivery of projects from business idea to production, at required cost, timeline and quality using Agile techniques
  • Coordinating complex project schedules, resolving competing dependencies
  • Adapting plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout software development sprints and releases to respond to emerging requirements and risks
  • Partnering with functional product owner on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Organizing, leading and facilitating Agile/Scrum related ceremonies
  • Ensuring the development teams practice the core agile principles
  • Constantly striving for continuous improvement and assist with implementing best practice
  • Leading, guiding and mentoring team members, peers and stakeholders on Agile methodology
  • Fostering collaboration among globally distributed teams
  • Managing stakeholder relations, communication and progress reporting


  • Strong practical experience and deep understanding of Agile development practices, project management techniques and tools
  • Software experience within a technology company and understanding of modern digital technologies
  • Experience with the SDLC: design, coding, test, build, QA, deployment and maintenance
  • Demonstrable ability to self-manage, be proactive, take ownership
  • Maintaining an understanding of the problem in the bigger picture
  • Innovative approach to solving complex problems, initiative to explore alternate approaches, be an expert at adapting quickly to new scenarios
  • Constantly seek new ways for improvement and delivering business value
  • Possesses excellent collaboration skills, and leverages relationships across the business to drive outcomes, influences through others, builds support for ideas
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, mentoring, influencing, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams,
