Role Summary:

Job Overview:
The Senior Digital Integration - Portfolio’s primary responsibility is assessing the BHGE Digital Portfolio, and ensure an effective integration of legacy BHI and legacy GE software products. You will partner with the senior leaders in Product Development, Product Management and Marketing to define how to bring together the software product portfolios, rationalize the products, and review current resources and alignment.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • You will be responsible for managing and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met, defining and executing programs, and working with product teams to set short-term and long-term strategy.
  • Assess the OFS digital portfolio and strategy by working closely with the OFS and BHGE Digital teams.
  • Partner and support OFS to define OFS Digital Strategy, and ensure alignment with BHGE Digital Product Management, Product Development, and other teams.
  • Define and implement an effective and efficient operating model between OFS and BHGE Digital to ensure strong coordination and clear responsibilities in terms of executing on the OFS digital strategy and development of software applications and platforms.
  • Establish governance structure and operating rhythms between OFS and BHGE Digital on progress of OFS digital strategy, and ensure continuous alignment to the agreed upon operating model.
  • Work with OFS and BHGE Digital to define effective funding and resource allocation model.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of relationship between BHGED Digital and OFS, as well as lead coordination and communication between OFS and BHGE Digital.
  • Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver on commitments
  • Manages and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or in Business, Marketing, another technical field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience along with established leadership across the discipline and function
  • GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

    Eligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to travel 20-30%
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Houston, TX

    Desired Characteristics:

    Technical Expertise:

  • Experience in oil field services
  • Experience and understanding of industrial software
  • Experience with software portfolio/ product management
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience with integrations, acquisitions or mergers a plus
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and access
  • Experience using Confluence, Rally, or AHA a plus.

  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of business and financial principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization.
